Well I was able to get a new job...though it's still with my current company. It is a move up to where I want to get to, but I'm not so sure I really want to work for this company. It's one of those mega big IT service companies. You have to fight to get any type of raise, or compensation. It's just not right. Oh how cool it would be to own my own business...not having anyone tell me how much I make. The freedom, and the power to make those big decisions. Maybe someday.

So as usual I'm going through the regular job sites online, looking to see what's out there.
